A formal contract is only established upon the receipt of an advance payment and written confirmation from our sales division. Product specifications are subject to continuous improvement and may change without prior notice unless explicitly locked in a confirmed order.
3. Payment Terms
Custom manufacturing requires a minimum token advance payment (typically 30-50%) before production begins. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch. We utilize secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) for digital transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
All schematics, product designs, proprietary testing protocols, and branding elements displayed on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of VIRDI Electric Works Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
