Cancellation & Refunds
Financial Protocol for Heavy Machinery
1. Custom Engineered Machinery
Due to the bespoke nature of our industrial transformers and precision welding units, orders that have entered the manufacturing pipeline cannot be cancelled. Any advance payments rendered for custom configurations are strictly non-refundable once raw materials are procured.
2. Standard Hardware Refunds
For off-the-shelf standard hardware, cancellation requests must be transmitted within 24 hours of order placement. Approved cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Refunds will be routed back to the original payment node within 7-10 business days.
3. Warranty Replacements
We stand by our 2-Year Warranty. Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced entirely at our discretion after inspection by our technical operatives. Outright refunds are not provided for defective units post-deployment.
